Scott, 4-1-1, has yet to record a knockout as a pro, but the 41-year-old Australian will be fighting in her third world title fight. She picked up a loss and a draw on her earlier bids for a championship. She lost last December to Desley Robinson with the vacant women’s IBF middleweight title on the line. The previous bout between Curry and Scott was contested for the vacant WBA and WBC women’s middleweight titles. Two judges scored that bout even, while the third had it 98-92 for Scott.
