MMA Fighting has Andrew Tate vs. Chase DeMoor live round-by-round updates at Misfits Mania for their Misfits heavyweight title bout Saturday afternoon at Duty Free Tennis Stadium in Dubai, UAE.
Tate is a figure of much controversy today. A kickboxer-turned influencer, Tate is currently facing allegations of rape and human trafficking in multiple countries, along with his brother, though Tate denies all charges against him. The 39-year-old has a kickboxing record of 76-9-1, but has not competed since 2020.
DeMoor is a former football player and influencer, best known for his time on the reality TV show Too Hot to Handle. He transitioned to influencer boxing in 2022, where he started with a 0-4-1 record. Since then, DeMoor has not lost, though, going 8-0-1 over his past nine fights, including winning the Misfits heavyweight title and making two successful title defenses.

DeMoor comes out to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You.” I mean, a seasonal banger, but does that play in Dubai? I don’t know. But he’s having a good time, dancing around as he makes his way tot he ring. DeMoor is rocking black shorts and pink gloves.
Tate comes out to “TournerDans Le Vide” by Indila as the crowd chants “Top-G!” He walks out with his mean face on, in a black and red outfit.
The ring announcer does his job and DeMoor is bouncing around, getting the energy up. Tate is standing in his corner looking mean. The fighters are announced and this is clearly a Tate crowd, with DeMoor getting booed heavily.
The fighters meet in the middle for final instructions and touch gloves. Go time.
both men out in orthodox and Tate leads with a jab. Tate comes in with a right hand that lands as DeMoor tries to find his range. DeMoor pawing the lead hand. Tate with a jab to the body, then misses a right hand up top. Tate stands like a kickboxer, but not sure DeMoor is the kind of guy who can make him pay for that. DeMoor not doing much, frankly.
Tate keeps jabbing the body then going up top. But he eats a right hand from DeMoor. Both men with their chins straight in the air; if they were fighting better opponents, that would be a huge problem. DeMoor has thrown very little, Tate keeps working, and his body work is scoring.
Big lull in the action as both men paw at each other to limited effect. DeMoor comes in and there’s a clinch. Break and another. DeMoor is … not a technician. The round ends without much else.
MMA Fighting scores the round 10-9 Tate.
DeMoor with more pressure to start, trying to swat Tate’s lead hand down. He’s hand-fighting a lot and finally fires the right hand, landing cleanly. DeMoor now showing some boxing, firing his loopy jab and right hands. They get inside and DeMoor cracks Tate, getting a reaction. He’s playing bully fighting now and it is paying off. Tate is definitely slower and DeMoor is starting to land. Tate coming forward but he’s labored as DeMoor unloads on him. Tate is doing a good job slowing DeMoor up inside, but this is not a long-term plan for Tate.
Tate is tired in there. Definitely the better striker, but DeMoor is younger, and making him work. Nice right hand for DeMoor sends Tate back to the ropes. Tate now the man clinching for breaks. Tate doesn’t seem to have any pop left in his punches either. DeMoor swinging huge shots, but cannot find home yet as the round ends.

If DeMoor could throw a body shot, this fight would be over. Tate is GASSED in his corner, and we’re only halfway in. DeMoor made this fight ugly and that was just what he needed.
DeMoor lands a big jab right away that snaps Tate’s head back. Now his poor posture is hurting him as DeMoor can hit him. And DeMoor is bullying again, inside, roughhouse tactics, making Tate work. Tate lands shots in space, but he can’t hurt DeMoor anymore. Tate lands a good one and DeMoor just walks through it. DeMoor has no technique but his big, and that may be enough.
Tate is so tired. DeMoor may be slowing now, too. But he digs in and gets ugly inside. This fight has turned terrible, all wrestling. Tate. nearly shoots a double leg. The crowd is booing. It’s tough and DeMoor charges in with short time to end the round.

Now it’s one punch and a clinch, every time. Tate is barely punching now and OH!!!! DeMoor hurts Tate with an uppercut!!!! Tate on wobbly legs!
DeMoor coming after him but Tate is tying him up! Tate showing good defense and savvy to avoid eating a kill shot, but DeMoor keeps coming. Another big shot! Tate’s legs are GONE. He’s got a cut over his right eye and his legs cannot hold him up. Tate goes to the canvas but it’s ruled a push. DeMoor comes back and another push to the canvas. Tate is DONE! DeMoor is pounding away and Tate is doing nothing now, just laying on the ropes. He has nothing left to offer, as the crowd chants “Top-G” trying to spur him on. He clinches and may survive with round but DeMoor is all over him. And lands a huge right as the round ends, but Tate survives.

DeMoor is just punching and moving, all activity, trying to get Tate out of there. A series of uppercuts from DeMoor all land as Tate tries to survive. He’s in terrible shape right now.
DeMoor continues to charge. Tate lands a right hand but back to space and DeMoor cracks him with a right hand! Tate leaning on the ropes to stay standing but how long can he survive? DeMoor comes after him and Tate clinches. If DeMoor was even marginally good at boxing, this would be over. But he’s still bullying Tate, who now has some bounce with short time, a last wind? OH! BIG shots from DeMoor but Tate stays upright. Gritty effort to stay alive, but DeMoor clearly wins this one.
