Bantamweight title fight, flyweight grappling title fight set for ONE Fight Night 38

October 8, 2025

ONE bantamweight champion Fabricio Andrade has his next assignment with the Brazilian scheduled to face Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu in a title fight booked for Dec. 5 at ONE Fight Night 38. The card takes place in Bangkok, Thailand.

In addition to the bantamweight title fight, Diogo “Baby Shark” Reis faces off with Daiki Yonekura to crown a flyweight submission grappling champion.

Both matchups were confirmed by ONE Championship officials to MMA Fighting on Wednesday.

A fast rising star under the ONE banner, Andrade books his second fight in 2025 after defending his belt with a knockout win over Kwon Won-il back in January. That fight came after Andrade took out UFC veteran John Lineker to claim the bantamweight title back in 2023.

Overall, Andrade has gone 7-0 with one no-contest in ONE with only a single fight making it to the judges’ scorecards while racking up five knockouts and one submission along the way.

As for Baatarkhuu, he comes into the fight off three straight wins and an overall 13-3 record in his career. The Mongolian fighter most recently scored a decision win over Jeremy Pacatiw to pave the way for his title shot coming in December.

The grappling title bout features another top prospect for ONE with Reis getting the opportunity as one of the most decorated submission specialists in recent history at only 23 years old. He is a two-time ADCC gold medalist before signing with ONE and making his debut with a win back in March.

More fights are expected to be added to the ONE Fight Night 38 card in the coming weeks.
