In a civil case filed Thursday in Miami-Dade County, Florida, Courtney Rossel claimed Davis, a three-division champion and current lightweight titleholder, entered the nightclub where she worked in the early morning hours of Monday, October 27, and attacked her. The filing describes Davis as having choked, grabbed and pushed Rossel, and hit her in the back of the head.
