Romero, 11-0 (10 KOs), is a 20-year-old from Olathe, Kansas, which is about half an hour from Kansas City. He turned pro in 2024 and fought four times that year, and then seven times in 2025. He’s apparently seeking to continue that busy pace – and would also like to extend his eight-fight knockout streak. In Romero’s most recent bout, he dispatched the 9-9 Martez McGregor in 129 seconds in December.
