Sean Strickland is known for going 100 percent during his sparring sessions.
The former UFC middleweight champion treats fighters the same way he treats streamers like Sneako, whom he infamously battered when they sparred last year.
Everyone is liable to get knocked out, which is something NFL star Maxx Crosby discovered in 2023.
Is this the fight to make next?

Watch Sean Strickland spar Maxx Crosby
Maxx Crosby talked about how he and Sean Strickland “beat the s— out of each other” immediately after their sparring session three years ago.
Until recently, all fans had seen from the gym fight were a few pictures and unentertaining clips.
On Saturday, Crosby shared new footage showing Strickland trying to KO him during sparring.
It shows the 6ft 5in Las Vegas Raiders defensive end trying to trade bombs with Strickland.
Crosby’s inexperience showed when he moved back with his hands down, which allowed his opponent to capitalize by landing two huge hooks on his chin.
Someone outside the cage shouted ‘take it easy’ before the round ended and saved the famous footballer from potentially getting knocked out.
“He was going harder. F— you guys,” Strickland told the people telling him to dial it back.

Will Maxx Crosby ever move to MMA?
Dana White is supposedly ‘fully convinced’ Maxx Crosby will be the UFC heavyweight champion by 2030
The 255lb 28-year-old made the claim when he was recently asked about fighting in the UFC.
“You know, it’s funny, Hunter Campbell and Dana, they’re hilarious, and they’re fully convinced that by the year 2030 or 2031, I’m gonna be the heavyweight champion,” Crosby said.
“I’m not the type of person who’s gonna put a limit on what I’m gonna do, and I definitely have certain things I want to do.
“I’m never gonna close the door on opportunities, so I truly don’t know. My body has been through a lot, but if it makes sense at the time and if it’s in my heart and my soul, then I wanna go out there and compete, it might just happen, you never know.
“I love fighting… I have the power and speed.”
