Larissa Pacheco is no longer on the PFL roster.
The two-time tournament champion, who remains the only fighter to hand UFC champion Kayla Harrison a loss in her career, has been released from the promotion.
“Professional Fighters League has released Larissa Pacheco from her contract,” PFL official stated on Thursday. “We thank her for her memorable bouts and wish her the best in her future endeavors.”
Pacheco has been a mainstay with the PFL ever since the promotion first launched and she competed in tournaments at both lightweight and featherweight.
The Brazilian, who previously competed in the UFC as a bantamweight, found a more natural home in the heavier weight classes and went on a successful run with PFL.
She largely ran roughshod over the majority of her opponents in PFL including wins over Sarah Kaufman, Olena Kolesnyk and Julia Budd. Her biggest obstacle was Harrison after the two-time Olympic gold medalist defeated her two times before she finally got her revenge in the third meeting.
Pacheco defeated Harrison in a back-and-forth fight in 2022 to claim a PFL lightweight tournament championship. She continued her win streak until running into Cris Cyborg in 2024 where she lost a unanimous decision.
Pacheco has not fought since then with PFL not promoting a featherweight division during the 2025 season.
Now she’s officially been released from her contract and becomes a free agent after spending the past six years in the PFL.
